This parametric 3d model of a Geta (traditional japanese sandal) is a small project I made based on the following website that provides a geta dimensions generator : https://web.archive.org/web/20080101130120/http://www.egeorgeonline.com/getapage/plans2.htm The provided 3D model is a geta with the default dimensions (25 cm long), but you can parametrize the geta as you want on the Onshape design I made (You will need an Onshape account) : https://cad.onshape.com/documents/c779ab209bce4f0e784df52b/w/ad0157e2de78697b5fed6c2f/e/c47e8300b33ca0655ace9e8e?renderMode=0&uiState=6400f6b38466b73302f8cd33 You only need to modify the following variables (the others are generated based on these) : - SoleLength : The geta length (check the original generator to see how to measure this based on your feet size) - SoleAngles : The radius of the Sole's fillets - SoleHangles : The radius of the fillets located between the Sole and the Has - ThongDiameter : The diameter of the Thongs I don't think I will post a thingiverse customizer at all, because I don't know how OpenSCAD works, sorry :(
