Parametric Gas Can Cap

Parametric Gas Can Cap

I possess a plastic 5-gallon gas container manufactured by the company "Midwest Can," which is quite common. Initially, the cap tends to crack and split, necessitating replacement with an alternative printed one. It's worth noting that ABS and PLA materials are not suitable for gasoline storage; however, nylon would likely be acceptable. Currently, I'm utilizing my container for storing used engine oil, prompting me to design a custom cap in ABS. This is a parametric design, allowing users to adjust the size according to their specific requirements. Features include: A knurled cap for improved grip. Buttressed threads ensure secure attachment. Note: This project utilizes Go programming language.
