Although uploaded despite being a complete failure, the model was simplified by using a lens case with an infinite radius (R2) for easier creation without support structures. This resulted in a flat surface. However, since there were no proper conditions implemented, the model failed when tuning parameters fell outside a specific range. If anyone has suggestions or tutorials on correctly implementing non-repetitive parametric features, comments are appreciated. In addition, plans to create a SCAD/JSCAD version are underway to address this issue and ensure accurate parameter settings. Lastly, FDM printing with 100% infill clear PLA proved unusable due to air entering the print, so if anyone has experience with SLA technology or other methods (e.g., milling or lathing clear plastic) that work well, please share your insights.
