Parametric Fan Holder

I am redoing a fan stand from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2669599 , the original being too thin for me broke on first attempt to mount it so I wanted a thicker one and had to reimplement it. This one is parameterized to fit other fans and different angles as well. The pictured version is offset to the sides due to a miscalculation, The current scad and stl are corrected but I still haven't printed it out to test it.
