This model isn't intended for 3D printing, although it could be used that way if you're interested in pushing the limits of what's possible with a hobbyist setup like FreeCAD (0.17). I'm using this project as an exercise to hone my skills with the Part and Part Design workbenches, along with some spreadsheet calculations to refine the design. By having these parameters contained within the model itself, I can easily adjust the radius, height, and other factors of the fan blade without having to manually update multiple places in the code. If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to walk through my workflow in more detail. The FreeCAD file for this project is included below. Update: It's been great to see that at least one person has already found a use for this design, as evidenced by the replica they created and uploaded to Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3017255).
