Customizable L or T outside corner bracket for aluminum extrusion allows users to personalize the number of holes on each leg, size of extrusion, size of guide bars, and hole size. Printing this design in its default orientation is simple and doesn't require any complex overhangs or bridges. Changelog: 1.1: The screw holes now feature chamfers, which reduces the likelihood that the screws will bind during printing. Additionally, a pair of default brackets for 20mm extrusion are included. 1.0: This is the initial version of the design. Print Settings Printer: DIY Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printing these brackets with a 0.5mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, and 20% infill produces quick results. However, this setup may not withstand significant lateral stress. For added strength, consider printing brackets on both sides of the extrusion. Further testing is needed to determine the load-bearing capabilities with 100% infill.
