I translated the source object into OpenSCAD and crafted two clips from it, one designed for looping a velcro strap through to secure wires snugly in place, and another specifically tailored for attaching plexiglass securely to my CNC router. The 80/20 extrusion I'm working with is the versatile 1530 series (1.5" x 3"), but the parametric files should seamlessly adapt to other profiles with ease.
