Open-SCAD offers a project for creating DXF files to laser cut or CNC mill customizable dividers for any drawer. The online customizer accurately displays the results, but currently requires a DXF file instead of an STL file, causing errors during calculation. Hopefully, a 2D option will be implemented soon. To use this tool, enter your box or drawer's dimensions, desired divider height, and material thickness. Choose between fixed compartment count or custom sizes. Opt for major parts only or all components. Finally, input the number of divisions or division size before exporting to DWG and completing the task with cutting or milling.
