Create your personalized 'Sprocket for attaching to disk hub'. Utilize an affordable MTB hub to generate gear reductions, jack shafts, and more. With the provided OpenSCAD file from Aleksejs, customize your sprocket size by modifying the first value after the word 'sprocket (15,' to your desired number of teeth, then hit 'F6'. Export as STL format. Incorporate the disk cutout in your CAD software or use the attached OpenSCAD diskcutout file for creation. I trimmed the sprocket tips for a 16T sprocket, as shown in the image. If someone wishes to incorporate the disk cutout into the main sprocket SCAD file, that would be helpful; I'm still working on it too!
