I used the source object's DIN clip to create clips for several components. First, I made clips for the Sainsmart 5 axis break out board (BOB) for CNC control. The design allowed me to mount it in either orientation by creating clips for both the 83.5mm and 54mm mounting holes. Additionally, I extended this clip 25mm higher than the base clip. Note that I used an older version of this product: https://www.amazon.com/SainSmart-Breakout-Board-Stepper-Driver/dp/B0093Y89J8/. Next, I designed a clip for the 5v power supply. However, I didn't end up using it, but the design should be good. You can purchase this product here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019P1F4E6/. I also created a clip for the 36v power supply. Furthermore, I made clips for the Xylotex parallel port breakout board. The design included a centered one-hole clip and a 47mm two-holed clip to support this item: http://xylotex.netfirms.com/OSCommerce/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=28&products_id=112. Lastly, I designed clips for the TB6600 / HY-DIV268N-5A stepper motor driver. Since these items only mounted to the rail with one clip each, I doubled the width of the clip to make it more stable.
