I quickly created a Simple Parametric Curtain Rod Hanger in Autodesk 360. To customize it, you'll need to access the file through their platform and export an STL. To view the file, visit this public link: https://a360.co/3ctgtGW. I've also uploaded it directly for your convenience. Feel free to open up the parameters and make adjustments as needed. If you require a custom rod size, let me know and I'll create example STLs for you. For optimal results, print the hanger sideways to maximize its strength. It's recommended to use large layers during the printing process.
