When tackling DIY installations or self-wiring AC electrics, it's common to utilize the "Power Wiring Connector screw Terminal" like the one shown here: https://www.electricaleasy.com/2018/03/terminal-block-types.html We often use electrical tape over it for convenience and safety. However, as time passes and maintenance work is needed, the tape becomes sticky and unpleasant to work with, particularly in tropical climates. This program generates a case that can be assembled using screws and nuts to cover the entire connection. A wire clipper is included for added security against copper wire breakage. Although the connector's tightening screw is deeply recessed, there's still a risk of electrical shock if metal enters it. To address this, an "OCD cover" piece is provided to snap onto the casing and conceal the tightening screw. Customization options include measuring key parameters based on a picture I uploaded. Additionally, adjust the "c_Num_Units" value according to how you cut the connectors. Potential future improvements include adding a visual feature like engraving patterns or text for customization. Independent mounting screw holes could also be implemented, as currently they share space with the connector's mounting hole and seal the box, making troubleshooting and maintenance more challenging. Exporting separate pieces is controlled by enabler variables at the bottom of the code. To modify this functionality, simply change the "disp_..." values from 0 (off) to 1 (on).
