All credits and thanks must go to Lorenzo Aspesi, the original script's genius creator! I merely tweaked it to print horizontally instead of vertically for several compelling reasons: the screw/nut holes are more clearly defined when printing in this position on my printer, which lacks a cooling fan... Furthermore, the final part benefits from increased strength due to the orientation of the layers. For my specific adapter, I included .stl files for a 5mm nema17 axis - 8mm threaded rod setup with two height options: 30 and 35mm respectively. The script can also be opened in OpenSCAD, allowing users to easily modify it to create any necessary adapter variations.
