This is a fully adjustable mount designed specifically to securely attach any rectangular bolt-patterned board to an aluminum extrusion. All key dimensions, including hole spacing, fillet sizes, tolerances, and diameters, can be adjusted according to your needs. A carefully crafted chamfer on the underside of the mount makes printing easier by preventing warping, also known as "elephant's foot." For added convenience during assembly, hex holes can optionally be printed below the main mounting holes. This allows nuts to be inserted more easily, streamlining the overall process. The customizable ribbing built into this design enables a highly efficient use of material and printing time, minimizing waste and saving you resources.
