Parametric Code 83/100 HO track

Simple OpenSCAD module to create straight and curved code 83/100 tracks. You will need the rails, all though this will create the ties and track it self. Tracks can be expensive for this hobby, and they are just plastic so I figured to get the rails and attempt to print my own tracks. I finally have something I'm happy with and seems to do the trick. I'm using code 83 rails, all though I believe code 100 will work as well. You can adjust the 'size' of the rail with the RAIL_SIZE variable. Defaults to 110, which is what I'm using for the code 83. Included is a simple 6" straight piece, and a 24" radius curve in 12 segments. This is what would fit on my 8x8 bed. Instructions Load the track_v2.scad into openscad, the two modules STRAIGHT and CURVE is what you will use to create the tracks. STRAIGHT(length=mm); // Length in mm CURVE(radius=in,segments=xx); // radius in inches, segments = # of peices to make a full circle
