Introducing an improved coat hanger design, inspired by thing 19058! The original three-part hanger was created to challenge the reliance on mass-produced products and encourage customization. However, snap pins were changed to friction fit pegs for better stability. To print, create one hanger_hook and two hanger_side pieces using provided STL files or SCAD code. Customize height, length, bar diameter, and bend diameters as desired. The tight friction fit of the pegs requires pliers for insertion but ensures secure assembly. If you've previously printed the design with loose pins, download the updated file for a tighter fit. This design is optimized for Mendel printers; larger printers like Thingomatic or Replicator may require slight scaling.
