This machine has been revamped for easier assembly and reliability. Key modifications include customizable user parameters to optimize space efficiency around stepper motors and support for both NEMA 23 and NEMA 34 motor configurations. I have opted for FK/FF15 bearing blocks on the Y-axis to reduce unnecessary clearances. This configuration pairs with 20mm X and Y linear rails, 15mm wide, along with 16mm ball screws on the Z-axis. Included in this assembly is an independent complete Z axis that employs 20mm rails and ballscrews and NEMA 34 stepper motor. When design enhancements or fixes become available, CAD files will be thoroughly revised to incorporate these adjustments.11/17/19 Version V74 has incorporated major revisions particularly with regards to limit switches; the Y-limit switch now resembles those on X and Y axis, while Z's clearance modification significantly reduces obstacles. As per version requirements, multiple slight corrections were implemented though their names evade recollection presently.
