This parametric weight is designed for use with syvwlch's clock series but can be employed in various adjustable or containerized weighing tasks. The original design accommodates US nickels, each weighing 5g, though parameters are adjustable for other coins and washers. A slot-adding option simplifies post-printing coin loading. Alternatively, users may pause mid-print to add coins for a more permanent solution. STLs are available for 20 and 4 US Nickel weights, which have been successfully used with Test Jig #2 and Proof of Concept Ratcheting Drum. The larger weight powers the jig, while the smaller one, attached to a reversely-wrapped string, rewinds it. Post-printing coin insertion is necessary for both slot-featuring and non-slot versions; simply clean, add coins, and attach to a string.
