thingiverse
Make a Parametric Clip with a Strong Print Blend radius makes a strong print, so why settle for anything less? Make your own parametric clip using OpenSCAD, where typical parameters are easily adjustable. Diameter_to_grip = 20; Set the diameter to grip according to your needs. Number_of_clips = 1; Choose how many clips you want in your design. clip_height = 12; Adjust the height of each clip as desired. width_of_base = 34; Determine the width of the base for stability. depth_of_base = 7; Specify the depth of the base for optimal support. clip_wall_thickness = 2; Decide on the thickness of the clip walls for durability. center_line_distance = 36; Measure the distance between center lines with precision. I didn't include any holes in this design, as I plan to achieve a solid print with 100% infill and drill my own fixing points or screw them in from the back.
