Customizable Air Trimmer Suitable for holes starting at 30mm in diameter. I have successfully used this design to regulate the airflow of a 3D printer enclosure. Making perfectly circular holes is easy using a cheap hole saw set. [Link to video](https://www.thregr.org/~wavexx/tv/VID_20181221_163722_r.mp4) The aperture with this design remains between 0-48% of the hole size, regardless of the number of slices. To ensure proper fitment, press the cap into the support until it clicks in place. It is highly recommended to fit the cap before inserting the trimmer into the hole. To generate a new model, OpenSCAD (or the Customizer) must be used. I have included some pre-generated models for common metric and imperial hole sizes. The default hole depth is 15mm (~0.6in), but can be easily adjusted to a shorter length in your favorite slicer without requiring OpenSCAD installation. The default wall sizes are optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Consider increasing the cap height for holes greater than 100mm in diameter. Update 2019-01-06 Fixed the height of the cap to ensure it is on the same plane, allowing direct printing without splitting. I have also accounted for extreme padding sizes and refreshed the pre-generated models.
