Check out my other designs and enjoy the benefits of this parametric board mount. It's a game-changer for circuit board enthusiasts. The advantage of this design is that you only need to use two screws to secure the mount and circuit board, making it quick and easy to assemble. Removing the board requires just one screw, adding to its convenience. This design is fully parametric, allowing you to customize it to fit your specific circuit board size needs. Mounting the board is a breeze with this design. Simply screw one side down, pull it slightly open, insert the board, and secure it with the second screw to keep everything in place. To get started, follow these instructions: First, download OpenScad from http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html. Then, run the file Spring_Board_mount.scad. Next, adjust the parameters to suit your specific application. Press F5 to compile the model and wait for it to finish. Finally, press F6 to render and save the STL file for printing. Here are some typical parameter settings: * x_dimension: 34.3 * y_dimension: 61.3 * spring_height: 2 * gap_under_board: 2.5 * corner_support: 0 (choose either support or no support) * board_thickness: 2.5 To customize the fixing tab, use these parameters: * Tab_Width: 11 * fixing_hole_size: 4 * chamfer: 1 (add a chamfer for a more finished look)
