I've been remixing this for my apparently oversized cojones. A TPU ring that secures at the top. Print the retaining lock and cage in PETG while using TPU for the ring. If you specify 'anti_pullout' on the ring, you'll get some handy flexible spikes built in that aren't uncomfortable unless you... try to remove something.
