To print, set CARD_SIZE_SHORT_EDGE to 57, CARD_STACK_HEIGHT to 35, WALL_THICKNESS to 2, EXTRA_SPACE to 1, TAB_THICKNESS to 10, and CARD_SIZE_LONG_EDGE to 91.
