Parametric Carbon Nanotube v2

This an iteration on my original [carbon nanotube pen holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4626925) that adds a ring to the top of the tube to make the finished product look cleaner. Optionally, you can disable the base and have rings on both ends to make it a bracelet / ring. The parametric model can be adjusted via *Customizer*, but it will take a long time (under a minute) to preview because I make extensive use of caching in OpenSCAD. Also note that high-res models may take hours for OpenSCAD to render. I explain the geometry [on my blog](https://anthologen.com/2020/10/23/modelling-armchair-carbon-nanotubes/). EDIT: Re-uploaded armchair_cnt.scad so boolean options are picked up by Customizer.
