Parametric Canon EF extension tube

I modified SkyRzn's python script to generate parametric openscad, so now you can create an extension tube of any height right in the thingiverse editor. Height should be >= 15. "Open in customizer" to set height. To be clear, SkyRzn had already made this quasi-parametric, but in a python2 script you can edit that generates the scad file. I just removed the intermediate step. If that doesn't work (see https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/thingiverse/forums/general/topic:49056), you can always install openscad and change the first line of the scad file to whatever you want.
