I made a parametric model of a caged needle roller bearing to aid me in working on an F1 gearbox project where the bearing will be positioned between main shaft gears and the main shaft, optimizing efficiency and speeding up design time for all the varying size bearings I'll need. Since making this model has helped with my project's complexities, creating multiple iterations is now much quicker and simpler using parametric design methods.
