A custom cable management tool, precision-engineered with countersunk screw holes to firmly secure cables to various surfaces such as wood. The accompanying STL file is generated using the default settings in the SCAD file, featuring all dimensions in millimeters (mm). ***Important: This design relies on my RoundedRect.scad module file. Simply place this file alongside Cable surface holder v1.scad for seamless import functionality.*** Every aspect of the model is parametrically controlled: - *CableCutW*: Adjust the width of the cutout section, including rounded corners to fit your needs. - *CableCutDi*: Customize the diameter of corners in the cable cutout section for optimal results. - *HolderMinH*: Set the height of the thin part of the holder above the cable cutout. - *HolderW*: Determine the width of the short edge of the cable holder (length will be calculated automatically). - *HolderH*: Specify the overall height of the full holder. The height of the cable cutout is `HolderH - HolderMinH`. - *ScrewDi*: Select the diameter of the main part of the screw hole. - *ScrewCountersinkDi*: Define the diameter of the widest part of the screw head to countersink, ensuring a 45º angle cone is automatically created.
