Parametric Bushings
thingiverse
I designed this parametric bushing primarily to mimic 608 bearings, which are widely used in the 3D printing community for creating parts or toys. 608 bearings can be quite expensive depending on your location - at least they are where I live. This is also a great project to print because it allows you to test your printer's tolerance capabilities. On my Prusa MK2, printing a single bushing can achieve a layer thickness of 0.375mm, while printing multiple bushings enables me to reach as low as 0.3mm. I've included several models in the design, with T350 indicating a tolerance of 350 microns or 0.35mm. If you encounter any bugs or want to suggest improvements, please let me know in the comments section below. These bushings are also an excellent way to determine your printer's tolerance.
