Mounting the custom aluminum bracket for my TrailTech Vapor to my Highway Dirt Bikes handlebar clamp required some precise busing. I used the rubber isolators from the original speedometer to ensure a secure fit. That's exactly why I created the STL file in the first place. The ABS material proved strong enough to withstand the weight of a properly torqued M6 bolt, provided there's a flat surface below and a snug fitting washer on top. The SCAD file is parametric, making it versatile for various applications.
