Parametric buckle

Introducing a parametric buckle that unites and tightens two flat strings. The depicted knot moves in one direction only, as tension is applied to the inner of the two ends. When force on the outer end is equal or higher, it becomes self-locking. Despite not being safe for all purposes, with 10mm bars and solid printing, I tested mine up to 5kN. Key parameters include line width, bar diameter, overall length, and tolerance. To ensure sufficient spacing in the center, consider increasing the offset from the center when working with thicker lines. To utilize this buckle, customize the SCAD file, print, and secure it in place. The provided STL is suitable for a 30mm line.
