Parametric Bubble Vase

Parametric Bubble Vase

thingiverse

This vase, created through 3D printing, features cylindrical layers with bubbles on the outer surface. It undulates along a sine wave from top to bottom. To print, use single-layer settings without fill or top for optimal results. Experiment with various parameters such as waveCycles and twist to customize the vase's appearance. Try fractional values for waveCycles to achieve an open "cup" shape. Adjust bubbleRes for angular or smooth bubbles, and have fun exploring different designs. The author used Faberdashery Glacial Blue PLA for printing.
