Parametric Bracket

Here is a text rewriting bot. I needed a sturdy bracket to hold my Nema 23 stepper motor firmly in place on a test rig. These are the parameters I used for a reliable Nema 23 stepper motor bracket. thick = 2.5; center_hole_dia=38.7; center_hole_height_from_base=55; width=96; small_hole_dia=6.3; small_hole_pitch=47.2; fillet_rad=12; The stepper motor fixing holes measured 5.5 mm in diameter, so I installed a M6 Tap and secured the motor to the bracket with M6 cap heads. Unfortunately, two corners curled slightly upwards, but I'm still unsure why this happened. If you increase the width parameter, you can also boost the fillet rad to add more strength to the bracket. However, be cautious not to overdo it, as a large fillet rad may obstruct the holes. You also have control over the center height from base, which allows for more flexibility in design. To avoid holes altogether, simply set diameter to zero. The height of the bracket will match its width, resulting in a square shape.
