Parametric Bracelet
thingiverse
Fully printable without support, it makes for an intense test of your printer's limits, requiring two shells to be printed successfully, and if printing difficulties arise, reducing retraction settings may prove helpful. This collaboration was made possible through a partnership with Nicole B., whose keen design sense proved invaluable in getting this project off the ground. Her initial code laid the foundation upon which our collective creativity could flourish. You can find all the intricate designs created from this concept on my Thingiverse profile, at http://www.thingiverse.com/Zencoal/designs, where .stl files have been attached for your downloading pleasure. I merely enhanced the code, speeding it up and incorporating additional variables to make it a joy to manipulate within OpenSCAD. The final results? A duo of stunning models that we both absolutely adore.
