Parametric box maker for lasercut

The box modeler was inspired by http://boxmaker.rahulbotics.com/. It's an ideal tool for creating laser-cut stencils and simple cases with box joints. Future updates may include a dovetail option. For lazy users, this code can be reused for different sizes as needed. To use it, modify the parameters in the OpenSCAD file - choose top with or without lid, render the box in 3D using in3D, set DXF projection for laser cutting, and specify thickness of material and basic internal dimensions. Use at your own risk; testing for tolerances is required.
