This "thing" is a versatile tray for holding small bottles such as e-cig liquid, nail varnish, and model makers' paint etcetera. It's essentially a collection of hollow cylinders with solid bases that are connected by their wall thickness. The design is fully parametric and should work seamlessly with the Thingiverse customizer. Users can easily modify various parameters like the number of bottles wide, long, overall height, and base thickness to suit their needs. Additionally, users can adjust the inside diameter of the cylinders, which should be slightly larger than the bottle's diameter for clearance purposes. The wall thickness can also be adjusted, but it's advisable not to go below 2mm. There are no restrictions in the code regarding the number or size of bottles, so users have complete freedom to design their tray according to their print bed size. A word of caution: depending on the number and configuration of bottles, rendering time may increase, resulting in larger STL files, although print times remain reasonable. For example, using default settings, a 5x5 bottle tray with 22mm diameter (23mm cylinder ID) and 25mm height takes approximately 2.5 minutes to render and produces a 4MB STL file on an average PC. For instance, using a 0.3mm layer height, a base thickness of 1.8mm or 2.1 mm is preferred over 2.0mm. Similarly, with a 0.5mm nozzle diameter, 2.0mm or 2.5mm wall thickness works well, but 2.1mm or 2.2mm may take longer to print.
