A customized boomerang design is made possible with Fusion 360. If you import this from http://a360.co/1MGZQ5X into Fusion, a feature-rich spreadsheet can be found in the "Modify" menu under "Change Parameters," where all angles, lengths, thicknesses, and more can be adjusted, triggering an immediate update of the model. When 3D printed, this design should fly straight and return smoothly, though I haven't yet attempted printing it myself.
