Parametric Bolt on Linear Bearing Mount
thingiverse
Parametric bolt-on bearing mount for DIY 3D printers and CNC machines. Included STL and Fusion sketch allows for easy setup of the bolt-on design, aligning with the NEMA17 spindle center when the motor is positioned on 4mm of spacing material or mounting bracket, providing clearance for the bolt heads. This part is fully adjustable to accommodate any combination of bearing, bolt, or rail width combinations. However, it's essential to exercise caution to ensure that sufficient wall thickness is used to prevent compromising the strength of thinner sections when using larger rails. The design can be printed without support material, making it a convenient option for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike. As this is my first attempt at CAD design, any feedback or suggestions are highly appreciated.
