On June 23rd, 2013, after utilizing this product for over 1,000 kilometers, there's been no sign of failure. I initially purchased a new bicycle and discovered that my "old" carbon seatpost was incompatible with the new one. To resolve this issue, I designed this spacer using Openscad. The included .STL file is for a 27.2mm to 31.6mm spacer, but you can modify the SCAD file for any desired dimensions. For optimal performance, print with 0.1mm layer height, PLA filament, and a 100% infill.
