parametric Bearing (corkscrew-mode printing)
thingiverse
Parametric (openSCAD) linear-bearing for vase-mode-printing. The .stl is an LM8UU-sized example that works well with my sloppy delta printer. Set inner/outer-diameter; may need some trial-and-error to achieve a perfect fit. Print in vase-mode, using one perimeter and zero top/bottom-layers. PLA filament should be sufficient for the job. Update: 06.12.2016 Installed into custom X-carriage on Geeetech I3X, which is slightly longer than LM8LUU; they work well. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Rostock Mini Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 0% Notes: Corkscrew/VaseMode! Post-Printing A drill may be necessary at the bottom due to squeezed first layers.
