This model originates from a laser cutter box, with parameters for various material sizes. It's suitable for general purposes. The file includes variables controlling material thickness and internal dimensions, adjusting tab holes and notches accordingly. Spacing is proportional to material thickness, ensuring CNC router compatibility with a 3mm cutter. Mounting holes, pinout slots, and USB/power cut outs are included for an Arduino Uno; other features can be added as desired. The original 3mm version lacked support for corner holes, so the current file adds extra border. At 3mm, internal corners may need manual cleaning with a craft knife. A 4mm test is planned for update.
