Parametric Apron for Reducing Warp

Parametric Apron for Reducing Warp

thingiverse

To combat warping of large z-axis components during printing, I discovered that slowing down cooling at corners was beneficial (as illustrated in a picture). To simplify future solutions, I developed a parametric version of the so-called 'magic corner pieces'. This concept was inspired by blog posts from hydraraptor.blogspot.com/2010/09/some-corners-like-it-hot.html and technocraticanarchist.blogspot.com/2009/12/printing-big-bits-of-mendel.html.
