This is an OpenSCAD model to make it easier to fit smaller filters or create your own custom filter frames into a purifier like the AirManagerV2. It's been difficult to find the exact filters HEPA and carbon and there are several other options that are close but not quite it. The Zortrax filters are 120x120mm in size, while other similar sizes are closer to 110x110mm. Rather than remix the filter for different sizes you can just enter the size of your new filter and it'll create a spacer so your filter will fit into the filter compartment.

If you are like me and only found a HEPA filter and no carbon, it also creates a frame to match your HEPA filter and tall enough to fill in the rest of the space in the AirManager.

Or you can go the route of creating two frames to fit and make your own HEPA/carbon set that you can just replace the filter medium when needed.

Printing Tips:

Printed using PLA+

30% infill

No Supports

Hardware needed is small magnets, I used 10x2mm (in reality they were 10x1.5mm) magnets, but you can adjust the parameters for what you have

Parameter “filter_frame_multiplier” set to “.3” is the smallest that would print and seems to hold carbon

Links:

https://www.printables.com/model/16996-airmanagerv2-recirculating-air-filter-for-3d-print

https://github.com/anlai/3d-Model-AirFilterFrame (if you want to contribute)
