This air assist nozzle can be customized in OpenSCAD and is designed for retrofit to Chinese laser engravers. To install, drill a hole for an M3 grub screw, attach over the laser head, and secure with the screw. Clamp the air hose onto the barb for usage. Note 1: The collar warping in the image is due to a tight fit, which was resolved by heating on a gas cooktop. Note 2: Better results are achieved when printing the pointy end down rather than up, as the barb may come out poorly if printed upwards.
