This adapter allows different sized parasol tubes to fit various sized parasol bases perfectly. It's ideal when buying a new parasol but wanting to reuse an old base, or if the original adapter is lost. Most bases feature some form of retaining mechanism, so there's a slot for that. If not needed, set the slot width to zero. Designed specifically for printing with 100% infill, no support should be required. ABS is a suitable material, but thermal crimping may need to be compensated for (this can be done in customizer). PLA has temperature stability issues and UV sensitivity problems, but it may still last a couple of years in temperate climates.
