Printer Settings Brand: MakerBot Model: MakerBot Replicator 1 Rafts: None Supports: No Resolution: 0.27 Infill: 5% Notes: Print without raft, 5% infill, one shell Post-Printing Insert positive and negative contacts carefully, noting the location of the +. Ensure a snug fit, use metal to push contact in place. Connect adjacent negatives to positives with wire strong enough for the required current. Connect final negative and positive leads to a black lead and red lead respectively, route them through the center channel and out through the holder side. Fold solder tags into holder to keep them flat. Press-fit bottom cover over wiring. If fit is loose, use tack glue or apply acetone carefully (avoid wires to prevent melting).
