I'm creating a simple bracket to reinforce tee intersections made from aluminum extrusions. The design is straightforward, and I've only modeled one side, but it's easy to mirror the part in your slicer software to get the right-side version. The image shows the printed result, which features 60% infill made of blue PETG with no supports needed. The FreeCAD parametric model of the bracket has been included so you can customize the design as you see fit.
