I tweaked the OpenSCAD file to resolve the issue with the two sides not joining flush. Adding the CasewidthAdjustment variable allowed for more room at the top and bottom for the power poles. The image shown is a rough prototype, not the final product. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Resolution: High Quality Infill: 20 Notes: Printing a brim around both halves will prevent warping of the flat sides. These prototypes were created using eSun HIPS filament.
