Parameterized Vertical Carriage for Kossel
thingiverse
Add a GT2 belt clamp for versatile motor placement, and use boolean variables in the .scad file for customization. Secure the belt ends with an M3 screw and tighten it using the top motor. This carriage is based on Steve's Cerberus pup vertical carriage and works well with Openbeam. For optimal performance, use the Dual 623 V Roller from GraberCars. The design includes a "belt holder" that can be screwed onto the side for side-mounted belts. Choose between using fishing line or a belt, and position the belt in the middle or on the side as needed. To assemble, print the model, gather M3 screws, and attach three Dual 623 V Rollers per carriage (nine in total for all carriages). Add a nut between the plastic and roller for extra spacing if necessary.
