Parameterized Tool Holsters
thingiverse
I found that a lot of the tools inside my Think Tank Photo FPV Airport Helipak Backpack for Quadcopters kept slipping out of the handy elastic bands because they were too flimsy. Often times, the tool I was searching for got lost at the bottom of my bag. I decided to create customizable holders for both my backpack and other similar bags. A 3D-printed holster to fit the elastic band with enough grip to hold the tool inside the holster is what I came up with. This should work for just about every similar elastic band as the ones found in my own backpack, you'll just need these measurements from your own bag and tools. * The height and width of the elastic band. * The number of tools to be stored in the holster. * The diameters of the tools to be stored in the holster In the customizer, I left the values for my Think Tank Photo FPV Airport Helipak Backpack for Quadcopters as the defaults.
