Parameterized Reel Adaptor for 26mm spindle

I find these reel adaptors very useful in various sizes: 54mm, 56mm, 57mm, 71mm, 73mm, 75mm and 76mm, as well as a parameterized Fusion360 file that allows you to create your own custom designs. All of them are compatible with my 26mm diameter spindles. I would like to bring to your attention two references: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3789632 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3821380. CAUTION: If your X & Y steps/mm are not accurately calibrated, you will encounter difficulties in printing these inserts within the intended 0.5mm of fit tolerance, especially with the larger ones. When using rigid materials like PLA or PETG, your inserts may be either looser than desired (you can glue them in place, or use spacers on the spindle as shown in my cover photo) or too big for the application. Printing in TPU allows for some deformation, which can be beneficial if you need to force it into the reel. I have noticed that even the reel centers themselves are not always identical in diameter hole on both sides, so this insert may fit perfectly on one side but fall out of the other side. If you prefer printing with rigid materials and seeking a Fusion 360 parameterized reel adaptor more tolerant of size discrepancies, you may consider this spring-loaded tabs design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4165740.
